Ok, for things to do, I recommend having a boat ride along the Bosphorus; sightsee - Hagia Sofia and the bazaar; party at Taksim Square and eat anywhere really! Make sure to try baklava and Turkish tea
I highly recommend having a walk around Kadikoy.
