What’s the one thing I must see in NYC, the nicest restaurant and the best bar I have to go for a drink?

It’s really hard to narrow it down! Nicest restaurants: Le Cou cou, Le Bernardin, Eleven Madison Park, Daniel, Joël Roubouchon. Book 1 month in advance. Nicest bars- Bemelmans bar at the Carlyle Hotel, Aldo Sohm Wine bar, the bar at the St. Regis Hotel.
Thanks so much!
Try Vinegar Hill House in Brooklyn. Walk-in around 6:30. Usually grab a seat at the bar. Low key neighborhood spot. Totally delicious and cozy. There simply isn’t just one thing in nyc!! ? If you’re into photos at all and you have time. Check out Flynyon: photo helicopter rides over the city. Incredible perspective.
Vinegar Hill House it is! Will try a helicopter ride. Thanks!
For bars, I would recommend you the 230 Fifth. It's pricey (a mojito was like 14 dollars) but totally worth it! It's a rooftop bar in the 20th floor, the atmosphere is really cool and you have an amazing view of the Empire State.
Thanks for your rooftop tip!

Prune in east village for dinner
Also, check Passion Airplane Tours +1(718) 730-0718 I think they will come to pick you up and have a champagne in the air. NYC has everything for everyone depending on your interests. Take a wine or beer tour depending what you like more in Manhattan or Brooklyn. Patsy's Pizzeria is a historical…
Amma is my favorite restaurant because they have the best Butter Chicken I’ve tasted outside Asia or London. It’s in Midtown and indeed it’s a very special place, even for NYC. Enjoy!
I’m a big of Fraunces Tavern in Lower Manhattan for a drink. It has a fascinating history with a small museum on site. Their beer list is one of the best I’ve ever seen in NYC and they have live Irish music on Sunday afternoons. The crowd is a mix of tourists and regulars of all ages and like a true Irish pub, there are no TVs! Highly recommend!
For drinks I recommend Dead Rabbit and Dear Erving.
The Smith across from Lincoln Center - great food and atmosphere
