The nemo museum is more about the building in itself, the exhibition is more kids oriented but if you get nice weather the rooftop is a really cool place to hang out, free of charge of course And also the EYE museum area is nice to check out because from there you get one of the best views of the city, especially during sunset

Agree with the Rijks! Love that place. Get tickets in advance for that, the Van Gogh Museum, and the Anne Frank House. The lines can be massively long!
