Akagera Park is close to Kigali and makes for a perfect weekend getaway or perhaps a quick day trip out of town. The park is beautiful with lots to see. Camping available at $20 per night. Tip: Be aware of annoying flies “tsetse” that will suddenly appear at certain areas in the park and offer a nasty bite. To lessen the effect of these bites, wear light coloured clothing, long-sleeved shirt & long pants. Avoid wearing dark blue & purple colours. #camping #Nature
