I love how the Polish can turn even the dullest of commie blocks into a patchwork quilt of colours. They know how to liven up a depressing suburb and inject a lease of life to its avenues. This block of flats were second in line from the Neisse River, which defines the border between Germany and Poland. From there it's just a 10 minute walk from the famous Staromeijski Bridge.
